Hi, my name is Corinne Martinez Terhune and for the past 2.5 years I have been working for Dr. Prakash at Living Well Balanced in Raleigh, NC as his billing manager.
I am a highly experienced medical biller/coder in various healthcare settings for the past 40+ years. Filing clean claims and getting them processed correctly has always been my #1 priority, to avoid denied claims.
Oh gosh, what else do I do? Going through patient account ledgers to ensure that posting and balances match insurance payments and what patients actually owe. Overall, I want to ensure smooth processes at the office as it relates to money.
