I’m a certified personal trainer through NASM with a focus on functional movement and strength training for both athletes and seniors. My passion for fitness is deeply rooted in my family—growing up in a sports household where basketball was a way of life. My brothers and I all played at the high school and collegiate levels, and I carried that passion into running multiple basketball camps, where I discovered my love for helping others improve.
Beyond basketball, I’ve also contributed to lacrosse and soccer camps, overseeing conditioning programs to help athletes perform at their best.
My dedication to senior fitness stems from a personal journey with my mother, who struggled with chronic back and knee pain. Helping her regain strength and mobility inspired me to learn how to safely and effectively train individuals with physical limitations. Through functional movement and strength training, she’s now able to enjoy life with less pain and more freedom.
My mission is to help people understand how strength and movement impact both athletic performance and everyday life. For athletes, this means fewer injuries and longer careers. For seniors and everyday individuals, it means enjoying life with confidence and independence.
I take a hands-on, vocal coaching style, treating every client like a teammate. I give 100% to our shared goals and ask only for effort and commitment in return. As a former athlete, I know the ups and downs of improvement—but I also know that having someone by your side makes all the difference.
Whether you're preparing for your next season or simply want to play with your grandchildren pain-free, I’m here to help you reach that goal.
I’m ready when you are—let’s build something great together.
